The bids will be received online through GeM (Forward Auction) only and shall be opened as per SOP of GeM. The items shall be sold to the bidder who will quote the consolidated highest rates for all the gunnies put to auction (ie. Location wise items indicated at annexure-I). The buyer is not allowed to bid for part quantity. Desirous companies/bidders may download the tender document from https://fci.gov.in and GeM portal.
