About MSTC e-Auctions

MSTC Limited is a Miniratna Category-I public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Steel. It runs government e-auctions through its e-commerce platform, often called MSTC eCommerce after its portal domain.

PSUs, government departments including Defence, and private companies use MSTC to sell ferrous and non-ferrous scrap, surplus stores, condemned plant and machinery, minerals, and agricultural and forest produce. Each seller publishes a notice and catalogue, and buyers bid online during a fixed window.
